Perfect and stunning location, fairly clean hotel in general.

Luxury very good business hotel with competent and best staff members at the services of the entire venue staff. Extremely pleasant and well-organised room with a DELIGHTFUL view of the park. Walking distance from the bus stop, 10 minutes.

We enjoyed the room size and the awesome breakfast options. Staff members were accommodating, which really enhanced our experience.

- Expensive internet fees - Unsufficient staff for check-in/out - Poor service in the restaurant (empty plates not removed before the next dish arrives, although the ladies go back to the kitchen with empty hands) - Elevators not functioning optimally. Despite use of key card, choice of floor not registered. - Location is not central

The room was an ok size and had a good area to work

It was the most overpriced hotel I have ever stayed in. Although not the most expensive I have used, it wasn't anywhere near as good as other hotels charging Euro 470 per night. On top of that, it was Euro 24 per day for internet which is extraordinary for a business hotel these days. I will definitely not stay there again and will advise colleagues & friends to also avoid it on future trips to Munich.

great location, overall good ambience

was not happy that they couldn't be flexible to charge 50% since I checked out 1 night earlier. in spite of many requests, they were extremly stubborn to charge the full amount. i stayed only 3 nights out of the 4 booked

We stayed here for 2 nights and really enjoyed the spacious king room, which was perfect for our family. The pool was a nice way to unwind after our days out, and we loved the breakfast options too. Just a heads up, there could've been a bit more variety in the dinner menu, but overall, we had a fantastic time! 😊

Good area for stop over for next days travel to airport.

As expected from a Hilton, the room was very good. Clean, spacious, modern and bright. The staff were helpful, with the exception of one slightly rude member of staff on the desk, but the rest of the staff more than made up for that. The transport links to the hotel were good from the city centre.

I know i shouldn't be surprised by this, but the price charged for internet use and print outs is too high. The mini-bar prices also made me baulk.

The culinary scene here was dope! I dined at the nearby Restaurant am Chinesischen Turm Haberl, which served up some fresh flavors that had my tastebuds dancing. Right before I rolled into the Hilton's cozy bar, I hit Cafe Reitschule for some crisp breakfast pancakes that fueled my day of exploring. Great local eats all around!

The check-in service was a hot mess! They refused to budge on room availability before 4 PM, even though other guests were getting checked in without a hitch. Plus, the tiny bathroom in our spacious room reminded me of a bit of a prank. And let's not get started on public transport, two transfers to reach Marienplatz? No thanks!
